Nomadic Home: A Poem

King without a crown,
people without a nation,
family without a home.
Left to You for proclamation.
Tell me where, just say when
We’ll be there, sink or swim,
Ride or die, fall or rise
Take me where His Kingdom shines.
His glory reigns, His culture is norm
Breaking down all earthly dorms
America, Asia, Brazil, Africa
All the way to the of ends of Antarctica.
Bring me a home … anywhere soon
Where the food is manna
And the language is love.
Hand shake, kiss, bow down or hug?
I don’t care, just as long as there is love,
Where Christ is King
And of His mercies we’ll sing.
But bring me a home where my heart I can bring.
